We do not offer refunds for:

Digital content (videos, livestreams, images, stories, etc.)
Subscription access to any of our exclusive channels or members-only areas
Tips or voluntary contributions
Custom content requests once production has started

This policy is standard in the adult content industry and helps protect the integrity and privacy of our creators and digital products.

Exceptions

We can issue a refund only under the following exceptional circumstances:

If you charged by mistake
If you billed several times
you bought one subscription that was not activated correctly

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us at admin@streamlatindude.com within the 7 days post-transaction, including:

You order number
The email used for the purchase
A brief explanation of the problem

We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund request at our discretion.

Unauthorized access or fraud

If you believe your account has been accessed or used without your consent, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include issuing a refund, suspending your account, or contacting payment gateways.

Subscriptions

If you no longer wish to be charged, it is your responsibility. cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
